AAHAR 2026, marking its 40th edition, runs from March 10-14 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, organized by ITPO. Italian companies join exhibitors from 17+ countries, showcasing artisanal pasta, olive oil, machinery, and premium food products.

‍Strategic Importance:

This participation aligns with strengthening India-Italy trade ties, targeting $20 billion bilateral trade by 2029 amid growing collaborations in food processing and hospitality. Italy's presence highlights export opportunities for its wines, gourmet items, and equipment to India's expanding market.

ITA is committed to strengthening Indo-Italian collaboration in agriculture, food processing, hospitality, and agri-food technologies, using platforms like AAHAR to deepen business partnerships and investments.
